All the recipes are for quesadillas which is fine, but makes the title mis-leading. There is a decent variety, if not particularly original, and they are easy to make.There is no nutritional information for the recipes.
The table of contents is not interactive. The paragraphing of the directions is poor making it more difficult to read but for a cook with only a little experience, only the easy-to-find ingredients are really needed.
There is much advertizing of other products and a bonus link that I ignored. I got the book free and will keep it (as I do salad cookbooks) to remind me now and again when I get into a same old quesadilla rut. Would I pay for it? No.

The Tasty Family Recipes always amaze me with their compilation! I love this set! The tasty quesadilla on the cover caught my attention. Adding more into my list of must-try recipes.
I have been going back to mexican restaurants here in our place. This book helped me a lot since I can now cook my own mexican food where my family can eat as well. It's less expensive since it's homemade. Thanks to this book!
Advertises extra bonus books but you have to "like" them on Facebook and there is no way to confirm whether or not you get the 3 books that are advertised. Put my email address in a couple of times and still only came up with the FB requirement. I will get the book, and give a followup review after trying it. Not happy that you can't just get what they advertise as a bonus you "can't get anywhere else".
One dish listed multiple times with different protein. Such does not make a book about Mexican food. Author should be ashamed.
The book was just to much of the same kind of recipes.
It was not what I was looking for so I was disappointed.
But I am sure there is someone out there would enjoy it.
All this is is 12 quesadilla recipes. Boring!! I am deleting this immediately. I wish the other reviews would have been honest and mentioned this.
